Aerial Hammock Dance combines the acrobatic elements of the Hammock (Sling) with contemporary dance.
It offers the possibility to explore heights and to get an insight into the artistic and expressive movements.

In this 3 day Workshop we will learn some nice new moves in the Aerial Hammock and combine them to a nice coreography!
