Mit deiner Teilnahme am Unterricht stimmst du folgenden Bedingungen zu:
1. Anmeldung:
Die Anmeldung muss schriftlich erfolgen unter Angabe von Name, Adresse, Telefonnummer und email.
2. Zahlung
Die Zahlung der Kursgebühr muss im Voraus erfolgend über das Eversports Buchungssystem oder per Überweisung.
Bezahlung mit Bankoma-Karte oder Kreditkarte Vorort ist leider NICHT möglich!
3. Stornierung
a) Nachdem der Kurs begonnen hat sind keine Rückerstattungen der Kursgebühr mehr möglich, auch nicht teilweise.
b) Es ist nicht möglich versäumte Stunden später nachzuholen.
c) Im Falle von nachweislicher schwerer Krankheit oder Verletzung hat der Schüler die Möglichkeit zwischen folgenden Alternativen zu wählen:
- Ein Ersatz-Schüler kann geschickt werden.
- Der Schüler kann den Kurs / Workshop zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nachholen sofern Platz ist.
d) Im Falle von "höherer Gewalt" verzichten beide Parteien auf ihr Recht auf Schadensersatz.
4. Haftung und Versicherung
a) Der Schüler nimmt am Unterricht auf eigene Gefahr teil. Der Schüler hat den Sicherheitsanweisungen des Lehrers folge zu leisten. Der Schüler darf im Unterricht niemals ohne Spotter üben!
b) Der Lehrer und Veranstalter sind nur für Schäden haftbar, die innerhalb der verfügbaren Haftpflichtversicherung abgedeckt sind. Darüber hinaus wird die Haftung explizit ausgeschlossen.
c) Der Lehrer und Veranstalter übernehmen keine Haftung für Unfälle oder Verletzungen, die vor, während oder nach dem Unterricht passieren. Jeder Schüler muss über seine eigene Kranken- und Freizeit-Unfallversicherung verfügen.
d) Im Fall von bereits bestehenden Verletzungen oder anderen körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen muss der Lehrer informiert und die Teilnahme vorweg mit einem Arzt abgeklärt und schriftlich bestätigt werden.
e) Kinder unter 16 Jahren müssen von einem verantwortlichen Erwachsenen beaufsichtig werden.
5. Copyright
Jeder Teilnehmer stimmt zu, dass von ihm ab und zu während des Unterrichts Fotos und Videos gemacht werden, die für die weitere Bewerbung des Unterricht im Internet (website facebook, instagram etc.) verwendet werden.

Terms & Conditions for Workshops & Courses
With your participation in any training program, class, course, workshop etc. you agree to the following general terms and conditions:
1. Registration:
The registration has to be made in writing providing name, home address, phone number and email.
2. Payment
The payment for the course fee has to be made in advance via the Eversports booking system or via bank transfer.
Payment with debit or credit card at the venue is not possible.
3. Cancellation
a) After the training has started and the fee has been paid there are no refunds possible.
b) It is not possible to catch up missed classes at a later time.
c) In case of cancellation due to severe illness or injury the student has to provide a medical confirmation and can choose one of the following alternative solutions:
- a replacement student can be sent
- the student can take part of the same training at a later time if there is space.
d) In case of force majeur (act of nature beyond control), no party shall have the right to claim any damages.
4. Liability & Insurance
a) Every student is participating at the training at his/her own risk. The students has to follow all safety instructions of the teacher. The student is never allowed to practise without a spotter. If in doubt the students should never attempt an exercise without the teacher.
b) The teacher and event organiser is liable for damages only to the limits and the extent of the available public liability insurance coverage. The liability for damages beyond the available public liability insurance is explicitly excluded.
c) The teacher and event organiser is not taking any liability for accidents happening during, before or after the training. Every student is participating at his own risk and is required to provide his / her own private accident and health insurance.
d) If the student has any existing injuries or physical restrictions it is important to clarify in advance with the teacher whether he/she is fit and able to participate at the training and get medical approval from the doctor.
e) Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
6. Copyright
Every participant agrees to the publication of their images on photo or video to be published online for promotional purposes.
