Silks, also called Fabric or Tissue, are one long piece of fabric attached in the middle to the ceiling to create two long tails. In this class you will learn the basic climbing techniques, some amazing positions in the fabric and to hang upside down. First we will start in the sling to create a save environment for exploring this new material. As you increase your comfort-level you will learn to tie knots around your feet and to wrap yourself into the fabric with your legs and hips to define gravity.
There are no requisites for this kind of course - curiosity and passion are enough, the strenght will follow!
